The initial vetting process aims at addressing the key concerns associated with risky private lenders.

  • Compliance with private lender agreements

Brokers, borrowers and the public are welcome to provide any feedback or complaints concerning an idutch panel private lender. idutch will take directive action as necessary which may include removing the private lender from the idutch panel, or redemptive conduct.
